and Conditions
All
adverts will run for a period of 12
months, with an option to renew.
All adverts will remain at the cost it
was originally inserted for, excluding
any month specials or discounts, for
three years.
All
artwork, editorials, logos must be
supplied by the advertiser, either in
document form, or CD. Any sourcing
of material, or any text being
typed from hard copy, will be charged
for.
All
work done is payable on a COD payment
system, either cash, cheque or EFT
Any
upgrades will be charged for at the
going cost of the advert, and the existing
advert will remain till the period is
reached. ie There will be no
trade-offs.
Hyperlinks
from any advert could be linked to any
page on the website. ie If a family
business has ties with another
business, links will be inserted from
the one to the other.
Any
updates to adverts will be carried out
within 48hrs, and any charges will be
at the sole discretion of Deepsouth
Online.
If
cost is an issue, especially with home
base businesses, payments can be split
in 4x weekly installments of the
banner ads or full page listings. The
one liner PLUS can be split into 2x
bi-weekly payments.
The first payment becomes due on
upload.
No invoices or reminders are sent out,
so the onus is on the advertiser to
pay any fees due. After 5 days of non
payment, the advert will be removed,
without refund.
Structure
of the website
There
has to be limitations placed on this
website, as it can become too
cluttered, as well as slow to upload.
Banner-ads
Because each banner-ad carries a
business logo, it could effect the
"weight" of the page, and
slow to open. Therefore it will be
limited to 25 Banner-ad per commodity

At this stage, there are no limits to
this advert, as it has it's own unique
page.
Free
Basic Listings
Free basic listing have been placed on
this website for a period of 3 months.
Thereafter they will be removed to
make way for more free listings, as
and when they occur. This gives
everybody a chance to be on the
website, as well as part of our
marketing strategy to make all
businesses aware of this website
